WARRANTY ON ELECTRIC SCOOTERS
If the scooter has a major mechanical issue within 30 days we will obtain a new replacement for you.
Each scooter company has its own warranty on PARTS-ONLY. Most companies DO NOT warranty labor (*NIU/Segway exceptions below). Visit the manufacturer’s website for specific scooter warranty information.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
Within the scooter manufacturer’s warranty period, we will diagnose the issue, communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf, obtain the part for free, but we charge for labor.
Segway asks that customers contact them directly. NIU has the option to ship the scooter to their service center in Canada (vs fixing it at BostonProScooter where we would order the part for free but charge for labor).
